Well appointed and clean room with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, couch and desk. A very comfortable stay, with a private entrance and garden area. The hosts David and Kerry are amazing, they made me feel right at home from the small treats and welcome goodies they left in the room, to showing me the local sites, public transport routes, walking trails and restaurants.

Great location especially for cruises. Good facilities. Restaurants within walking distance . Would suggest inclusion of a step stool as the dryer opening is quite high and visually difficult to see contents. A quicker response time from host would be appreciated for urgent/ time limited queries.( current response time via AirBnB is too long!)

Great spot close to town. Caroline was responsive and helped us with any questions or queries we had. Really clean and tidy. Matched the pictures to a T. Had a great stay and enjoyed our time.

Das Gästehaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt ruhig abseits der City und bietet mit dem Pool eine wunderbare Entspannung. Sandra und ihre Familie sind äußerst freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

If you're looking for a chic apartment in downtown Auckland for a couple or on your own, then this place ticks all your boxes. Fabulous shopping, restaurants and cafes right almost on your doorstep not to mention the ferry terminal almost across the road and Britomart transport hub almost next door. Saying, that it is quiet for an inner city apartment. Lloyd is very friendly and responsive and has great taste in furnishing and art! Just a cool place and location and would highly recommend.

Roger's place was perfect for our overnight in Picton. Spotlessly clean. Small details done well. Felt good to be there. And then when I left an eye mask there, Roger went 'above and beyond' and couriered it back to me. So kind!

Lovely warm welcome. In a beautiful and peaceful location. The perfect place for our quick getaway, wish we could've stayed longer!

What a stunning location! My kids absolutely loved staying here, they were very reluctant to leave. The hopped between pool and tennis courts as much as they could. They had fun looking out for bunnies in the evening too. We were close to Matakana village, easy to pop out if needed. The Bach was great, very clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable, perfect place to rest after a fun day. Highly recommend staying here.

Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour passé chez Barclay. L’accueil a été très professionnel. Les 2 chambres équipées chacune de salles de bain sont un plus ! L’appartement est très bien équipé nous n’avions manqué de rien. De plus il est très bien situé à deux pas de Queen street. Nous reviendrons !

We loved this spot. Wendy’s was super clean and a perfect setup for 3 adults, 2 little kids and a small dog. Better than the photos show! The location was ideal as well - easy to walk out and get about Paihia. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The Boatshed is a gorgeous place to stay and Nicola was an excellent host. The house was spotlessly clean and immaculately presented. It’s obvious that a lot of care and thought has gone into creating a comfortable and stylish space. I would thoroughly recommend it. Extra touches like fresh milk in the fridge, coffee, tea and laundry detergent were much appreciated. As was the gift of wine and chocolates! Nicola was extremely accommodating and helpful. Her tips for cafes and attractions were excellent. The Boatshed is in a peaceful location and a short walk from the main Street. Excellent fish and chips at Raglan Fish across the road. A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Raglan.

It was a last-minute reservation, and Aaron was fantastic to deal with from start to finish.

Great location, close to Lake Rotoiti. So much to do and the place is as described, very comfortable and appropriately fitted out.
