Malcolm (retired Architect/builder) and Penny (retired dance teacher) started building this house in 2014. Built to provide comfortable shelter, whatever the weather, with sweeping views of the Bay of Islands. Peace and tranquility yet 1.5 kms from the centre of Russell and 2.5kms from the beautiful Long Beach. Fully equipped and comfortable.This location is 15 mins from the township of Kaitaia with its many shop and restuarants , 5 mins from Awanui with has 2 dairies, takeaway , petrol station. The Waipapakauri Hotel is 3mins away and serves bar meals.
