A lovely house located in a quiet community. We went for an event ten minutes. Check-in was very smooth during the daytime. Definitely will come back for future trips.

We had an amazing time for 3 nights at Black eagle ranch! We had fun walking around in the 3 feet of snow on the enormous property. We came with 4 adults and 1 child to go to the ice castles and check out ice fest. We loved how easy it was to get to and from cripple creek. Karen was super responsive and very kind to us. Her checkout process was especially nice since we had so many people and a child. Everything was definitely worth the price and would love to come back again.

Great place to stay. It didn’t take long for us to feel like if we were at home as the house was very clean and provided everything that you need when you’re away from home. We will definitely be staying at the same place during our next visit.

My wife and I loved getting to stay at Brandon's Place! Beautiful view of Pikes Peak! Enjoyed the fireplace inside and wrap-around porches! We saw an amazing sunset the night we visited! The house was spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Brandon was very responsive and easy to communicate with! He seemed genuinely available to help and to share knowledge of the area! We had a great time!

I would definitely stay here again... it was exactly what we were looking for.

Me and my team had been in Colorado for the last 4 months working and for our last 3 weeks there we were able to find this amazing deal of a house where we felt like we were finally back home. The house is beautiful the neighbors and neighborhood was amazing! It was so peaceful being able to go walk the path at night and talk with all of the neighbors. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend she has multiple other properties too and they all look so gorgeous in the pictures! You won’t regret staying here!

My boys and I stayed over 2 months and loved it! Emilio was such a great host with his warmth and kindness. He welcomed us and we had so much freedom and peace in this apartment. it was my first time using AirBnb and he made it such a great experience!! We loved the privacy, how much there was to do and the safety! also, this apartment was the perfect layout for us! we hosted a family cookout twice and my oldest son had friends over to enjoy the space one Sunday and everyone enjoyed it. Ty Emilio!!!!

Alexander’s place was by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed since using this platform. It felt like a fusion between an upscale hotel and an actual living space that one could call home. Alexander was very responsive and accommodating to my situation which required instant booking. He replied immediately and was super welcoming and helpful each and everyday. This is my go to spot when in the area again, undoubtedly.

My family and I were traveling for a holiday getaway to get out of the city for a few days. Camila was awesome! She was quick in responding to the few questions we had before and during our stay and very helpful. A few minor annoyances, the bathroom light wasn’t working, the pool wasn’t running, and it was a little difficult to get to the RV the first time. But nothing that seriously affected the quality of our stay. My kiddos were in love with the chickens (Cinnamon Toast Queens, as they like to call them) as well as the adorable little pup Bullet. They had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. We also appreciated the gift of fresh eggs! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for making our holiday so fantastic!

Communication and location perfect for our needs.

We stayed for 3 weeks and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and preparing food. The appliances were nice and we appreciated the laundry pods. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also nice to have the fireplace the few days it snowed. We were very cozy staying in and watching movies. It's also a great location. We walked to the Blue Moose for pizza and beer, and walked to the pond for some fishing. Woodland Park is close for going to the grocery store or out to dinner. Erin is very responsive and ensured we had a 5-star stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in CO. -Jim & Mindy

Such a cool spot! We absolutely loved the retro decor and the hosts couldn’t be any more generous and welcoming. The apartment was clean and beds were comfy. I will absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay overall. The house is getting a tiny bit rundown. The flyer place worked well, but the fan that comes with the fireplace is extremely loud and overrides the volume of the TV. Meaning you have to turn the TV up quite loud to overcome the sound of the fireplace. There was no TV set up in the second bedroom. Some type of small dresser in the second bedroom would’ve been very useful as well. It was odd that there were condiments in the fridge and spices in the cupboard, but no coffee. There was no hairdryer, which was pretty stressful for me and my hair type.There were no window coverings over the window in the kitchen or the door to the back porch so we ended up using towels to cover those.

We really enjoyed our experience. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We all had a great time playing frisbee, stargazing and walking on the trails!

It was all great, great cabin, great service, private and peaceful, would love to go again.

We had a great time and felt right at home. We had everything we needed. The creek was so nice having it right in the back yard. Was more than generous on allowing us a late check out time. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for such a great experience while hosting us on our visit!

Great space in a wonderful location! - only “issue” is we are tall people (6’ & 6’5) and the ceilings were a little low, mostly for my husband. But this really wasn’t a huge deal at all! Still worth staying!

This little cabin is perfect. Peaceful and relaxing and everything you need. Very clean and adorable place. We booked last minute as we were traveling thru and Lee was quick to respond and communicate directions and information so location and getting in was quick and easy. We feel extremely blessed to have found this little gem on our way home.

Ingrid and Robert are the definition of Superhosts. They gave us and our pup such a warm welcome and were incredibly kind, thoughtful, flexible, accommodating, responsive, yet respectful of our privacy. They truly go above and beyond. It is evident that they love hosting people in their cozy and spotless space above the garage. They included everything you might need for a great stay. Some of the thoughtful extras: a personalized welcome sign, gate opener, a quick tour of the space, bathrobes, cozy bedding, a guidebook with helpful instructions and local recommendations, breakfast items, and even freshly ground coffee. The location was perfect — minutes from Santa’s Workshop, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. The area was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We only wish we had more time to stay. Thank you, Ingrid and Robert, for a truly unforgettable experience! We look forward to visiting again!!

Our stay at Marlena's place was excellent! We had a small wedding ceremony on Saturday, and stayed several more days for our honeymoon. The location was perfect, very quiet and peaceful - also close to coffee shops and restaurants - a great selection. A little further away is the Garden of the God's park, and also the town of Manitou Springs - both excellent places to visit and enjoy as a newly married couple or visitors to the area. We also went ziplining and enjoyed walking to see the sunset. Our stay was most enjoyable and the place was extremely well set up and comfortable. We would highly recommend other check out this great airbnb, we'd love to return sometime! ~ Matthew & Sharon
