The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

It is a 8 year old home and located on 5 acres of land directly on a semi private beach, swimming and snorkeling cove with its own cay, equipped with 2 kyacks. Surf Cottage is a unique rental experience where you'll find a spectacular beach at the end of an exotic trail and the cottage situated right in the jungle in rural Eleuthera.
