Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carolina, présente, charmante et elle avait laissé dans l'appartement le nécessaire pour commencer un séjour agréable: huile olive, sel, café, thé, sucre...ce qui est très plaisant et un plus par rapport à de ombreux appartements. L'appartement est neuf, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé et bien entendu sa localisation est parfaite à pied de la gare, du centre et des plages. Seul petit bémol mais qui est inhérent à la localisation et la structure de l'appartement: il est un peu bruyant et pas très lumineux côté cour. Le salon est plus pour 4 que pour 6 mais la terrasse compense largement cet inconvénient.

Un excellent séjour ! Par ou commencer pour décrire l'endroit et ne rien oublier !? Tout d''abord, le logement est très confortable, bien décoré et moderne (équipement neufs dans la cuisine, salle de bain lumineuse et aérée, clim dans le chambre, bref, il ne manque rien). Le jardin est très calme et tranquille, ensoleillé avec également des coins à l'ombre des arbres. L'hôte est très amicale. La combinaison parfaite pour des vacances parfaites !

Super Lage nahe der Altstadt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Spielplatz alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhof Richtung Monaco und Cannes nach schönem Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Großes Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof. Wer im Wohnzimmer schläft, wird das Nachtleben hören. Parkplatzsituation und Autoverkehr ist in der gesamten Stadt schwierig. Wir sind mit "Bolt" gefahren. Woning geboekt voor verblijf met 5 volwassenen voor het lange Paasweekend. Mooi gerenoveerde woning met gebruik van duurzame materialen, heel gezellig en hedendaags ingericht. Alles ook brandschoon. Leuke tuin met zwembad, lijkt me heerlijk in de zomer. Woning is rustig gelegen in een leuk dorp. Winkels en leuke restaurantjes op wandelafstand. Tijdens verblijf een aantal keer contact gehad via de App. Steeds snelle en erg vriendelijke reactie. Een echte aanrader.

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

What an incredible gem of an apartment in a tiny mountain village. The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for using Rocchetta N. as a base for exploring the outdoors. There's not much going on in RN, but just a few km down the road is Dolceacqua with more restaurants & stores, if you need that. Matteo was 100% available and responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in deze Airbnb. Zeer proper en zeer aangename hosts. Reageerden heel snel en zijn flexibel omgegaan met ons verzoek om een HDMI-kabel te voorzien. De oprit op- en afrijden was soms wel een beetje spannend omdat het smal en steil is. Het huis is prachtig en het poolhouse is echt een grote meerwaarde met een volledige keuken.

Toppen för en familj på fyra personer. Läget toppen mitt i gamla stan med nära till restauranger, lekplatser och stranden. Peter var lätt att ha att göra med och svarade snabbt. Lägenheten hade hiss vilket var toppen för oss med barnvagn. Huset var relativt nybyggt och inte alls lyhört trots det centrala läget. Balkong med morgonsol. Enda vi har att möjligen anmärka på var att lakanen i rummet med två enkelsängar utgjordes av gardiner i ett glansigt material vilket var lite märkligt. Men inget som skulle få oss från att boka in oss på detta boende igen i framtiden.

Court séjour d'une nuit avec arrivée tardive. Les instructions d'arrivée étaient très claires et nous ont facilité la tâche. Logement propre et aménagé avec goût terrasse agréable, belle vue.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

De communicatie met Dominik verliep erg goed en duidelijk. Het verblijf is zoals beschreven en de ligging is perfect. Op een kleine 10 minuten ben je te voet in in het centrum van Menton. De ligging is zeer rustig met een magnifiek uitzicht over Menton en de baai. De parking is een enorme meerwaarde net zoals de nieuwe airconditioning. Zeker het vermelden waard is het goede bed. Dominik en Michaella zijn erg aangename hosten die alles in het werk stellen om je een aangenaam verblijf te waarborgen. Super bedankt voor de goede zorgen, wij komen graag terug.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Myself and my friends stayed in Azelma’s apartment for 5 nights, we had great communication from host about check in and out which helped to match our flights, we had a tour of the apartment on check in. Everything was as described, clean, good aircon and a well equipped kitchen! Close to supermarket and easily walkable to Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Be aware there is a narrow spiral staircase to the roof terrace but this wasn’t a problem for us. The roof terrace is gorgeous with an outdoor shower, grill and fridge. Huge table, sofas and sunloungers. We loved our stay and would definitely consider booking again in future!

Kane and Brigitte were the perfect hosts. Their place was wonderful. We were visiting family in the area and their AirBnB made the perfect place to gather for conversation and even meals. The kitchen was fully outfited which enable use to create several dinners and the grounds were loving as were the views. I would highly recommend staying at their place. We will definitely be back in the future.
