The Burrow

The Burrow is another spectacular, magical space to share with you! Hidden on our 40-acre private farm, it has lots to explore, our signature scavenger hunt, and a Muggle TV & DVD player with the Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts documentaries (+100 more) are there for you! Deer, wild turkeys, wild cranes and ducks, rabbits, etc. may be spotted from the porch of the Burrow, as well! Bring marshmallows for the fire in the outdoor cauldron! Guest house in the heart of downtown Franklin

Enjoy historic downtown Franklin with a 6 block walk from the guest house to the 5 points center of downtown Franklin. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.
