First and foremost, thank you for hosting us in your place which is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I love the house, it is brand new, they have everything and the home has a sea view which was a big plus for us. The location of the sea is not that close, it is around 15 15-minute walk. However, the best thing during the trip was meeting amazing people, so we left a 5-star review because Kemal Bey is an amazing person, we had a very early check-in at 7 a.m. and he drove to the Feribot entrance. He helped us and instructed us where the beach was etc. Thank you once more, overall, we will come here again!

Yatak odasındaki bir pencere hafif aralık kaldığı için oda biraz soğuktu. Araya bir şey sıkıştırarak sorunu çözdük. Mutfak malzemeleri yemek yapmak için pek yeterli değildi. Evin konumu sahile çok yakın. Sorularımız için iletişime geçtiğimizde çok hızlı dönüş aldık. Kışın şehirden çok uzaklaşmadan sakin bir kaçamak yapmak için ideal.

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

BEST flat if you want to stay in the Asian side of Istanbul. The apartment is huge, very clean and in a strategic position. You have pharmacy, supermarkets, herbal shop, restaurants and all the necessary amenities u need. It is just 15 min walk from the beautiful Bagdad Caddesi and 10 minutes away from the sea promenade. I really enjoyed the stay and the host was always nice and reactive. The flat was very very clean and for me , who went there for medical reasons, it was very important. Highly recommended.

Murat bey ve sevgili eşi çok sıcakkanlı bir karsilama yaptılar. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Ev harika bir biçimde tertemizdi. Evde ve mutfakta ihtiyaciniz olabilecek her husus düşünülmüştü. Tatilinizin güzel gecmesinde evde olan konfor çok etkiliydi. herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

Öncelikle evin dekorasyon ve tasarımı gerçekten muhteşemdi. Gerçekten çok sıcak bir ortamı vardı. Konuklar için her detay düşünülmüş. Sunulan ürünlerin tamamı vegan ve çevre dostu ürünler olması önemli bir detaydı. Serin sayılabilecek bir haftasonu olmasına rağmen kombi ile rahat biçimde ısındık. Gökçe & Derya konuklarını gerçekten "konuk" olarak gören son derece nazik ve yardımsever insanlar. Bize her konuda hızlı biçimde dönüş sağladılar. Sundukları olanaklar ve yardımları için teşekkürler.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

Ali met us at the ferry terminal on our arrival and took us to our new home for a week. Ali was wonderfully hospitable and showed us around the house. The house was equipped with everything; a lovely garden to sit in with brick BBQ; lots of space for 6 of us; peaceful area - we loved it - located 10-15 mins from the terminal, a very pleasant stroll with many good eateries along the way. We would definitely stay again.

Evin konumu mükemmel, adanın huzurlu atmosferini tam anlamıyla hissettiriyor. 3+1 geniş ve ferah bir alan sunuyor, her şey tertemiz ve çok özenliydi. The location is perfect and very peaceful, a close walk to shops and restaurants but also very quiet. We loved the flat and its amazing terrace. Having two bathrooms was a great asset. Lora was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
