Agradable Casa a 500 metros de la playa.

Vivienda reformado, situada en una calle peatonal a 500 metros de la playa, en una zona muy tranquila y muy céntrica con todos los servicios a muy pocos pasos.Dispone de 3 habitaciones, 2 con cama doble de las cuáles 1 con su propio Baño y 1 con cama individual, 1 habitación para planchado. Un porche y una gran terraza. Aire acondicionado en Salón. La vivienda dispone de una terraza grande, un patio trasero y un Porche en la parte delantera de la casa que hacen las noches de verano inolvidables.

Beach house with sea views & swimming pool

Welcome to our cosy and sunny home! The house is located in a peaceful area minutes away from the beach, boasts two terraces with stunning views of the sea (and of Ibiza on a clear day), sun all day long, and a stone bbq. The communal swimming pool is just across the street and is open all year long. Pets are allowed and can roam free in the house private garden. Location: 20 mins walking/5 mins by car Cala Moraig beach), 5 mins to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins to the town of Moraira.

Lovely house in the old town

Lovely little house in old town with a roof terrace and only five minutes’ walk to the beach. Kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the ground floor. Living room, bedroom and loft on the first floor. Both bedroom and living room have small balconies. Small roof terrace with table and chairs. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Very nice area with restaurants by the beach and on the square by the church. Good opportunity to enjoy the beach, beautiful walks and a nice, lively neighbourhood.

Stylish 3 bed, 2 bath house run by a host with a Traveller Recommendation. Pool located within 10 m, beach 100 m & free parking. Lovely maintained gardens.Gorgeous roof terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. Bedding & towels for 6 guests (+5 small microfibra pool towels ) . Bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walking. Tram station: 10 minutes walk, going to Alicante, Campello, Benidorm and Denia. We have contacts with taxi drivers (40-50€ from the house to the airport ). VT-505523-A

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place situated in a small urbanization on a cove 2.5 km from El Campello. There are fantastic sea views from the beautiful roof terrace with fridge, comfortable corner sofas, and breakfast bar facing the sea. There's a patio with summer kitchen and shade just steps from the communal pool. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was completely refurbished 2.5 years ago. There is one air conditioning unit on the upper floor.
