Enjoy the firepit and outdoor shower. Kayaks are included. You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common. Mushroom foraging in the spring. Beautifully remodeled small cottage in central Gainesville, TX. Non connected house with central hvac, washer/dryer, free wifi, big screen television and outside private deck/porch for lounging. The finishings and design of the house are beautiful. The house is located behind the main house at 1400 Jean Street, but has its own private off street parking. Absolutely NO...NO...smoking and vaping in the house.

We are just 6 minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness and 6 minutes from Ardmore for restaurants and shopping.
