My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and were very happy, the bathroom is very nice and the shower is large with a sliding door so no water spills on the floor, the kitchen is small but well organized, has a fridge with freezer and most everything you need in a kitchen, there is plenty of space in the living room and a large TV, the bedroom is very nice with a large bed and a very comfortable mattress, there are three large mirrors in the apartment which is a big plus in our opinion. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely rent it again if we are traveling in Bangkok. We highly recommend this property.

Room was neat and tidy. Looks exactly like in pictures. All amenities available including washing machine, refrigerator, microwave etc. Andrew was responding immediately for any concerns. Nearby shops and restaurants available. Getting a parking space was a real struggle although free parking space available in the premises.

We picked this place for its access to great restaurants and bars, and it did not disappoint! Tons of top tier spots within 10-15 walk! Fair warning, the couch bed is a bit short. If you’re 1.75m or taller it won’t be the best fit. Otherwise place was great! AC worked like a charm, bathroom was modern, and amenities were nice!

一如既往的整潔，會再來住是因為地理位置實在太便利了，一出門就有bts三站直接到銅鑼市中心，價格是隔壁四星酒店的一半以下，在不需要過多酒店服務的我，這是最好的選擇。

The accommodation is clean, fully equipped with all necessary amenities, conveniently located, and offers a variety of activities. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

Чистая, светлая квартира. Из окна отличный вид, особенно ночью. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый хозяин. Всё понравилось 10/10!

3rd round of stay with host. Each stay is for 2 weeks. Host is quick to follow up on requests made and very cordial in the replies. Unless have other AIRBNB places which is nearer to BTS or MRT & with better pricing will stick to this Host for future bookings.

Levara residence is a gem inside the heart of Bangkok. Location is peaceful and quiet however the traffic is heavy in the surrounding. Near many malls and shops. Near to metro which worth a lot. The apartment is modern and beautiful with enough amenities. The only disadvantages of the apartment was the water pressure which was too low and the hot water adjustment was a hell as you could not get a warm water. It was extremely hot or cold and no matter what you could not adjust it to right temperature. Check in and check out was flexible and the host was extremely responsive and helpful and kind. The host let us to check out at 7 pm because while the original check out time was 11 am. I really recommend this place

Nice place and swimming pool. I loved the neighborhood and the great market near the building.
