A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. There are two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoors barbeque and free wifi connection in a green and relaxing scenery. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will find close to our house supermarket, bakery, farmacy, restaurants and bars all reachable by walking.The beach is less than 80m far, very nice and clean, organized with sunbeds. The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Το διώροφο πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1890 αποκαταστάθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως μόλις πρόσφατα, βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Λιμένα, στις παρυφές της Ακρόπολης, σε απόσταση λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Λιμένα στο παλιό λιμάνι, κοντά στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της αρχαίας Θάσου, το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.

Summer: Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer, Drinks get colder, Music gets louder, Nights get longer, Life gets better..... The visitors can use the beach-bar for breakfast/coffee/lunch/drinks/music, the treehouse, the parking area, the canoe kayak, the sup board and of course enjoy the crystal sea water along with the stunning sunset. The sunset will fade but the memories will last forever! ☀️

GOLDEN VIEW VILLA - 1

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach. The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.
