You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

The rental also comes with one off-street FREE parking space within 300 feet of our property. Our personal fav is the bright white seasonal sunroom with windows throughout attached to a walkout private deck with views of Newport Harbor. Don't worry about getting around, you're an easy walk to ALL. Beautifully decorated. AC in living room & bed room

Tucked in the back of the property you enter through a covered porch. The apartment has been completely redecorated (Jan 2025) cozy homey feel with all the amenities of a perfect stay. With FREE onsite parking, guest put their car keys away during their stay!

Penthouse apartment overlooking Thames St. and the Harbor w/ a huge deck. Please take notice this a third floor apartment. Located in the heart of Newport right on Thames St. Cook dinner in the chef style kitchen and eat al fresco on the deck. The central location gives you walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants as well. It is a 15 min. walk to first beach and the mansions. A private parking space is included with the stay making it super convenient.

Located just one block from world-famous Bellevue Avenue. Short walk to beaches, mansions, 20-25 minute walk to downtown, 10 minute bike ride or 5 to 10 min drive or Uber. Quiet neighborhood walking/ biking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

Entire Home Close to Beach and Downtown!

Beautiful Cape Cod Home 5 Minutes from the Beach and 10 minutes from Downtown Newport! Parking in Driveway Full eat in kitchen and great outdoor deck with Weber gas grill for steaks and burgers. Also enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with your guests! Can sleep a couple more guests on a provided Queen air mattress.
