Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views. This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking and overnight street parking is allowed until October 15, 2026. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. Set the heat or AC, watch TV, nuke a meal, do some laundry, and there's a small office to gather your thoughts. There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.
