This darling house is super cozy, clean and well appointed. You get all of the character of an historic house with all of the much appreciated modern day amenities plus a giant fenced in back yard. We walked to Maplewood for coffee, food and shopping nearly every day before an easy 10-20 min drive to anything within St. Louis we had scheduled for the day. Fantastic place to stay and Brian was very responsive and just a quick text away had we needed anything. We would definitely stay again when in St. Louis!

Shonda's listing was in a great location for us which was an easy commute to where we needed to be and from/to the airport. It's a quiet neighborhood too. The house had enough space for our party of 2. We would choose this location again if we go back to the area.

What a great experience. We had 3 generations of women gather from across the country and Huyen's home was terrific. The two first floor bedrooms were key for those with mobility issues. The game tables in the basement and video game in the family room entertained kiddos so adults could visit. Being able to walk to Ted Drewes was fab and Huyen was very responsive before and during our stay. We all agreed we'd love to use the house again for future StL gatherings!

The house was exactly as described and shown in pics. Clean and well decorated. Sean allowed us to check in early due to very early arrival flight. Had a few hiccups at the house but he was very responsive. I am from St Louis but live out of state now and was back visiting. His place is within a 20 minute drive to most places you may want to visit and major highways. FYI for the short girlies like myself, the house was designed for taller folks so you may have to hop a bit to get into tall bed and use microwave but well worth it 😁 I would recommend Sean’s place and would stay again on my next visit.

Really nice house in a great location. Very clean, everything worked, and Greg was a great host. We stayed for 5 days and would love to come back.

This place was great and suited our needs well. It was fairly quiet (just a neighbor dog that barked sometimes but it wasn't terribly loud). The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The couch was smaller than the one in the photo (seating for 3) but everything else was as expected.

This was an amazing place! very beautiful home and beautiful area. Loved all the appliances and everything was very clean! We would book again!

Came in town for a family reunion and we had 6 adults, a toddler and an 8 month old. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms are large. The kitchen is spacious and has what you need. We didn’t get to use the game room but it’s a fun space. We had a great stay! My only suggestion is to provide more towels, wash cloths, etc. More are needed for a house this size and accommodating groups.

We loved this stay! Kurt was extremely responsive and wonderful! From checking in after we arrived to answering any random questions that came up!! We ended up renting both halves of this duplex for our stay. Both spaces were so clean and thoughtfully designed. A lot of extra outlets/surge protectors, too! so we weren’t lacking any there!!

The place was great. The stay was quieter than we expected and the house had everything we needed. Even a stocked pantry which came in helpful when we needed a few this and that things. would recommend and probably be a spot we stay on our next trip.

Impeccably clean loft-style space in a cute and walkable neighborhood. Hosts were VERY quick and helpful to respond when one issue (not their fault) came up. Would stay here again!

Nice and clean place located an a quiet, historical neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the area to different coffee shops in the morning and grabbing a bottle of wine from the shop just around the corner in the evening. Perfect location for exploring St. Louis!

The place was in a great location, close enough for a short drive to a lot of St. Louis's best attractions. It was clean, spacious, and felt like a great environment to be in.

Stay here! It is in a wonderful and walkable area with so much to do. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and there was so much to do right outside. The free parking in back was a nice bonus. Ron is so friendly and helpful. We are excited to stay again!

Bill was a fantastic host! He was prompt with his responses leading up to our trip. The property was in an excellent area of St. Louis and it was near all the attractions. We will definitely be staying again if we ever make it back to St. Louis.

I felt at home my entire stay. It was a quiet and cozy place within minutes of downtown and Union Station. There were restaurants and bars within walking distance and the atmosphere was nice. Daniel was very quick to respond and help out with anything I needed. I highly recommend booking a stay.
