Outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

It has a Kitchenette, Central AC/Heat with a 65" smart TV with surround sound and DVD, Blue ray and Xbox Games . There is also a TV and blue Ray player in the bedroom.

Fully self contained and private. Main Street is lively and all restaurants are open. Central heat with it’s own thermostat controls & AC. Working fireplace and spacious bathtub make for an ideal cozy and romantic getaway. Parking in driveway close to entrance. Not suitable for infants or children.

Perfectly situated on 1.75 acres. 3 minute drive, or easy walk, to the center of Greenport village, 2 minute ferry ride to quaint Shelter Island, and a 6 minute drive to tip of Orient. So right in the middle of the action with the peace and serenity of living outside the village. Private beach a short walk/ride down the street.

Studio in Stony Brook

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Max Occupancy: 4 Guests can only bring 1 vehicle since there is not enough room in the driveway

We are just minutes to the Bay and Ocean beaches , Many great nearby restaurants, Charter boat/Sunset Cruise are within walking distance. The town is opposite direction 2 miles. North Fork 10 Miles: Shop: Tanger Outlets and Wineries, Breweries. Beach Chairs/Towels and Bikes are available upon request.
