Studio is one of 7 units—galley kitchen (no cooktop) with 180 degree views (1) Qn Size Bed. Walk to Town & restaurants. Modern chic with flat screen TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples/single. Outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.

Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

**POOL CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30TH** **POOL opens last week of May** This is a guest house for 1 or 2 adults. Its separate from the main house. Kids are allowed but must bring own sleeping arrangements. You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Max Occupancy: 4 Guests can only bring 1 vehicle since there is not enough room in the driveway
