This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

Our stay here was a 10/10. Beautiful settting and a good home base if visiting Zion and minutes away from town. Always a quick response to any questions we had during our time here. My kids especially enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit the area in the future.

Definitely recommend! Chrissy was proactive and helpful with instructions. It was only a 25 minute drive to the entrance of Zion and it was a perfect place to relax in the evening. We loved the hot tub, swing chairs, and well-equipped kitchen! Checking out was also a breeze. Perfect for big groups!

The home was quiet, private and beautiful! Very well stocked, and super clean. The pool was amazing!! My kiddos had a blast. The pool was also heated, which was an extremely nice advantage. Richard was very quick to respond to any questions, and extremely helpful.

The place was perfect for our family, I couldn’t have asked for a better location, being by the pool and open grassy area was perfect! The place had everything we needed and more! Communication was immediate even on holiday weekend! We will be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hurricane Hideout! The weather was the only issue. Our family really enjoyed the pool. We loved the set up of the kitchen and family room which is where spent most of our time together. The beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Host was quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great fall break and would love to stay again!

The location was great and the house was even larger than we expected. The kids loved the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was big enough for multiple people to help cook. The house echos though, so some people would be ready for bed and other we be up talking and the kitchen, dining, living room area echoed throughout the house especially for the bedroom that was right there. Other than this one thing everything else was great.

Troy was very helpful and kind especially when we had a little hiccup with finding what we needed in the home. Location is perfect especially if you’re running the hurricane marathon. It’s less than 5 minutes to walk to the start line!

This is such a beautiful place to stay! It is very remote so make sure you bring whatever you need. But if you like being out in the woods surrounded by quiet and beautiful views, this is a fantastic place to be. The host has a plethora of suggestions for things to do in the nearby towns. Unfortunately, we didn't have a ton of time in the region to enjoy them all but it was very cool of them to provide very local places to go or spend our money. Believe the host regarding the accessibility for the house. You will need an AWD/4WD vehicle in stormy weather and they're very good about clearing snow from the driveway and road (which we appreciated!). The accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was nice for us to have our own private space. The group space upstairs was very cozy with plenty of room for us to all be together. The location was great for heading into Bryce National Park. It wasn't super close but we didn't mind the 30ish minute drive.

The place was just like the description said. The host was friendly and super helpful whenever we had questions. We really appreciated their hospitality.

What a beautiful historic home with lots of charm and cool artwork! Great walkable location to all the restaurants in town. This is a great jump off spot for exploring. Beds were very comfortable and soft linens. There are gentle church bells that chime off with a melody every day at 8am, not too loud at all, it was a charming addition.

Great place! Close to Zion. Lots of great restaurants close by with groceries available nearby. The kitchen was so well appointed—everything you’d need. The house was spotless. Beds super comfortable. Clearly labeled instructions. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We selected Shaun’s place for a couple of reasons. It was one story which was important to us as we needed easy access for older people and there was garage access. We brought our parents up for our daughter’s graduation. The rooms, kitchen and living room were perfect for the 6 of us. It was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect too as everything is centrally located. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and relaxed!

We had a super comfortable stay at Star’s place! Love that she’s thought of everything possible for her guests, even to blackout shades for the windows over the bed. You couldn’t ask for a better host or location.

Please don't let the outside facade of the house turn you off. At first you might question why you booked this property, but once inside you are reminded why you chose this property to stay in. There was 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, just what we needed for the two single women and my wife and myself. The living area was nice and the kitchen was very user friendly. We had a very pleasant stay and were extremely comfortable in this house.

This was my second long term stay at the rustic little house, this time for about 6 weeks, so obviously I’m a huge fan. The house has everything you might need for a long term stay, including a full kitchen with gas stove and a washer/dryer. I teleworked during my stay, and the WiFi is plenty fast and very reliable. Location is within 1 to 2 hours driving distance to so many incredible national parks and state parks, and about 3 hours drive to Las Vegas international airport. Alan is a really great host, so helpful and friendly and easygoing. Wish I could give the Rustic Little House 10 stars!

Wonderful home! Extremely clean and spacious, and location could not be better. It was the perfect launch point for hiking adventures and wonderful dining. Would recommend 100%! Hosts were very kind and responsive. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again.
