Quaint Guest Loft in the town of Ashland. In the heart of town, within minutes of walking to Ashland University. University is a 5 minute walk. One block from Freer Field with walking paths and where the Ashland Hot Air Balloon Fest is held every July 4th. Short drive to Mochican State Park. Take a hike, mountain bike, ride horses on the many bridle trails, canoe, fish and picnic. Explore the many restaurants, golf courses and farmers market. We will be there for you as often as needed.

The Haven is just that - a place of rest. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The cabin is nestled in a wooded area with a pond view and rolling hills. In the heart of beautiful Amish country we are just minutes away from popular attractions. The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. We welcome you to come stay with us!

The Reformatory Retreat

Perfectly located in central Mansfield at the end of a quiet street. This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. Also, conveniently located close to Kingwood Center, hospitals, and Mid-Ohio Raceway. This home has everything you need from cooking your own meals to doing laundry. Enjoy evenings on the back deck or around the firepit. Disc golf basket and discs are provided for your entertainment.

The Carriage House- " Stables Unit "

Located in Downtown! Only a couple minute drive or 15 minute walk to the Carousel! 7 Miles from Snow Trails, 3.2 Miles from the Reformatory, 9.7 Miles from Mid Ohio Race Track, 1 Mile from Kingwood Center, Many downtown restaurants ! Coffee shops! Including Antique and Specialty shops. Fully Equipped kitchen w/Full size Refrigerator, Stove/ oven, Keurig Coffee maker and microwave . Cooking & Dinning essentials provided. Door Code will be sent out the day of arrival before check in time !

The Home Away From Home is a peaceful, cozy, family friendly home. We do accept pets with a fee. It is a 3-minute drive to the Ohio State Reformatory (INKCARCERATION), 2-minute drive (10minute walk) to Mansfield Speedway, 10-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield, Hospital, Kingwood Center, Fairgrounds, Richland Mall and many other stores and restaurants, 15-minute drive to Charles Mill, 20-minute drive to Snow Trails, 25-minute drive to Mid-Ohio Racetrack and Pleasant Hill.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

Hike the trails in the 8 acre woods, relax around the outdoor fire pit, or take an extended dip in the hot tub. Sycamore Hill Farm

Our historic family farm has 180 acres. The main house has been renovated to reflect a Greek revival kind of architecture that was prevalent in this area during the early 1800’s. The guest house is of new construction and is attached to the garage. It has a private porch attached to the back.
