Séjour de 2nuit dans le studio. Très bien situé , facile d’accès et très facile d’aller en centre ville grâce au métro environ 20/30min de métro à peine. Hôte très réactif , l’appartement est comme montré sur les photo , très propre avec tout ce qu’on a besoin. Pour un petit séjours je vous le conseille fortement!!

Je suis ravie d'avoir pu loger dans ce bel appartement. Nous étions 2 avec ma fille, et avons pu avoir chacune notre petit coin à nous. We had a wonderful stay for the Olympics, conveniently located for Roland Garros and well connected to the Metro for getting around Paris. The apartment was clean and tidy and very comfortable for our stay. Cannelle was easy to contact for questions around check in and check out and we were very grateful for her flexibility as the timings changed with Eurostar cancellations. All in all 10/10 would high recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as a family of four with two young kids. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Champ de Mars, which meant we could easily visit the Eiffel Tower multiple times and take plenty of photos both during the day and at night. The kids loved it, and we now have so many beautiful family pictures to remember the trip by. The apartment itself was quiet, cozy, and spacious enough for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids. There were also plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and cafes nearby, so everything we needed was within walking distance. Getting around the city was very convenient from this location, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making our first trip to Paris smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this place to other families visiting Paris—we’d definitely love to stay here again!

Très bon week-end passé entre amies. Très bon accueil de l’hôte, réactive à toutes nos demandes. Le lieu est super pour passer une week-end entres filles sympathique. Tout est fonctionnel. La literie est très confortable, la salle de cinéma est au top ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ☺️

Nous sommes venus pour un EVG, et nous avons été impressionnés par ce logement. On en prend plein les yeux dès qu'on a franchi le pas de la porte. Nombreuses activités à faire  : borne d'arcade, console, mur d'escalade, fléchettes, jacuzzi, décorations faites avec goût, magnifique fresque dans le séjour… Tout était parfait et très propre, on aurait pu y rester 1 mois sans jamais mettre le nez dehors. Le plus beau Airbnb que j'ai fait. Je recommande et j'y retournerai très probablement. Un grand bravo au propriétaire pour le travail titanesque réalisé ici.

Mijn vrouw en ik verbleven samen met onze zoon van bijna twee een week in het huis van Leny. Het is een prachtig huis met een grote tuin. Er is veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Leny is een attente host, reageert snel en gaf op eigen initiatief goede tips. De bioscoop is top en uniek! Er is daarnaast veel speelgoed dus onze zoon vond het helemaal geweldig. Nadeel is wel dat er geen traphekjes zijn, dus dat was soms een klein beetje spannend. Goed om rekening mee te houden. Het is wel heel duidelijk een huis waar een gezin normaliter in woont: er ligt kleding, jassen en schoenen. Ook hangen er tekeningen van de kinderen. Dat vonden wij persoonlijk iets minder. Het zou helpen als dat iets meer verborgen zou zijn. Een paar praktische dingen misten wij zoals een waterkoker. Daarnaast was er niet heel veel sfeerverlichting voor in de avonduren: er was met name plafondlicht. Maar uiteindelijk deed dat niet af aan een heerlijk verblijf in Louvil. Een heerlijk huis om tot rust te komen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und stolz auf sein Haus. Dieses Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Jean-Claude hat uns angeboten eine leckere Bolognese zu machen, da wir schon eingekauft hatten kamen wir leider nicht in den Genuss. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die E-Bikes sind super und laden ein die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch sein Sohn der für uns ein Ansprechpartner war, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind begeistert und hoffen, dass wir irgendwann mal wieder kommen können. Danke Jean-Claude!

We enjoyed our stay in Calais, Emeric was great at communication, we found the place easily, parked right outside and found lots of restaurants and cafes a short walk away, the apartment is clean and warm, easy to get to the shuttle 10 minutes by car, I would highly recommend this place and come back to stay again.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Un petit nid propret et aménagé avec soin par Lien. Idéale pour passer 2-3 nuits à Paris. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien avec notre bébé. Merci !

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!

Très bel appartement. très bien organisé et rangé. Propre et bien agencé. Très calme. La place de parking sécurisé est un gros plus. Séjour fort agréable.
