Yes it's a long drive BUT if you want to dine in one of Australia's best restaurants whilst surrounded by some of Australia's best wineries then you can't go wrong here. Muse has won 2 hats for the past three years and the chef Troy Rhoades-Brown is one of the Central Coast's most celebrated chefs.
