best fine dining in big sky but still montana casual. great wild game like the bison meat loaf. try the 4 cheese adult mac n cheese drizzled with truffle oil

If you are headed from West Yellowstone toward Bozeman and make it the 1.5 hours to Big Sky, Buck's T4 is an amazing place to eat dinner. Call for reservations as the Big Sky crowd overwhelms them at times.
