[ITA] Ristorante a conduzione famigliare! Bello accogliente. [ENG] Authenic trattoria which promotes the local produce and traditions. Exceptional food (recommend the rabbit) and the local wine. If you want a genuine experience of a trattoria, give this place a try. Vegetarian food is limited

Via Emilia Ponente 68 (which is the road to/from Bologna airport). In the first periphery of Bologna, yet well connected by buses 19 or 13, it was founded in 1940 and since then has been managed by the women of the same family. Recipes and gestures were passed from one generation to the next and both continue to contribute to the careful preparation of the most traditional of Bologna’s dishes. Delicious are, for instance, the tagliatelle al ragù as well as the oven baked rabbit. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

ottima cucina bolognese coniglio super !! A Bologna a 5 minuti di macchina dal monolocale excellent Bolognese food. Rubbit super !! In Bologna 5 minutes drive from the studio
