A great family friendly house in an excellent and safe neighborhood. We would have stayed longer. Great hosts.

Kelly and Jami’s place was spacious and comfortable, and our entire group was easily accommodated with room to spare. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for cozy, memorable evenings, and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the baskets of throw blankets throughout the house, which made the space feel even more welcoming. Although we didn’t bring our children this time, we noticed the home was well-stocked with toys and supplies, a detail we truly appreciated as moms. We’re already looking forward to making this our spot for our annual weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this lake house! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the house itself was everything we hoped for – peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly situated by the water. The fully equipped kitchen was a wonderful bonus, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals without needing to run out for supplies. The host’s communication was amazing, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had, which made everything seamless. Thank you for an unforgettable getaway; we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect base for a few days of early May hiking. Enjoyed having kitchen, deck and large living room. Lots of natural light. Beds very comfortable.

Loved this little place, looks a lot bigger than the photos. Nice and quiet neighborhood, had no issues at all. They also had fans which was a huge bonus for us because we forgot ours lol. Overall, this was a nice stay and will definitely be staying here next time we visit family! Feels like home.

An incredible experience. I was in the city because a family member was admitted to hospital. I reached out to Suzanne short notice. She ensured that unit was ready same day. Suzanne's Airbnb and hospitality exceeded our previous experiences. The fenced-in yard had wind chimes and lights that came on at night and a creek behind the yard. My two dogs were welcome and spent all sorts of time outdoors. When my family member was discharged they were able to meet and play with Suzanne's delightful dog Nexus. The unit was extremely well set up, with a gas fireplace, a beautiful living space, and a lovely bedroom. The kitchen was fully functional and stocked (an unexpected surprise). Suzanne went out of her way to ensure that I had what I needed, and when my family member arrived that their experience was one of comfort, joy, and peace. We highly recommend Suzanne's Airbnb, and can only express once more our gratitude to her and Nexus for their hospitality at so stressful a time.

I enjoyed the hilltop house. We only spent one night but it was such a cozy stay! I will definitely go back and highly recommend! I alarm battery died at 1 am (no fault to her) and she responded immediately! I appreciated her response & was helpful! Hilltop house was just like the pictures and as a plant mom , I loved the plants and the decor made it cozy and welcoming! Cleanliness was great. Finding the parking was not an issue for me as I’m familiar with this Thunder bay so had no issues finding the alleyway, but she gives clear directions . My overall is 10/10. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone wants a quiet , peaceful stay with a beautiful view of Lake Superior and the sleeping giant close by !

The building is old, but in good condition and clean inside. Parking place is at the back of the house. The apartment is upstairs, and as described, there really is a flight of stairs to access the unit and the bedroom. If you are visiting during the hot summer, be prepared for hot rooms - no A/C, just a floor fan in each room. As mentioned in some previous reviews - very limited outlets, so if you want to charge your phone in the bedroom, you have to unplug the lamp or the fan. Ryan's place was a great choice for me and my family as it allowed us to enjoy walking the boulevard and Marina Park of Thunder Bay. It is also within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store (Freshco) and LCBO. Both hosts (Ryan and Alicia) were friendly and very responsive. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

Leslie accommodated me very well and made sure I had everything I needed! Loved the place great views I would def come back again!

This was my third time staying here. It's my "go to" place in Thunder Bay.

Kate’s suite was absolute perfect!! My 2 dogs and I are on a cross country drive so we only stayed one night. I would love to stay longer and enjoy the nearby beach and trail. The suite was exactly as described and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay again.

Spent a whole week at Dave’s Airbnb during my work trip. It was comfortable and cozy. Floors were nice and warm at night. Great location and had everything needed during the stay. Would definitely recommend and Dave always took the time to send a message to make sure everything was good. He also accepted my request super last minute and was very accommodating from beginning to end! Hoping to stay again.

All went great as usual with Alana. Not our first stay and won t be our last
