With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

Tout s'est très bien passé, le logement était fidèle à sa description. Les hôtes sont attentifs à nos besoins. Nous le recommandons.

We hadden een fijn verblijf in het hartje van de leuke wijk Navigli. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel onderkomen. De slaapbank lag ook prima. Neem wel oordopjes mee om goed te kunnen slapen, het geluid van mensen die uitgaan en langskomende trams is behoorlijk luid.

It was great! Laura is very friendly and profesional. We had a late flight and it was not a problem to check in late. I recomend this apartament for people going for a football match at San Siro Stadio, the bus stop is close and you can get there super easy and quickly. We are so happy that we chose this apartament. ❤️🖤

Alessio und Valentina waren überaus freundliche Gastgeber! Der Checkin war gut organisiert und beschrieben, was uns die Anreise sehr erleichterte! Der Ausblick war phänomenal. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft jeder Person empfehlen, welche einen guten Ausblick und tolle Ausstattung zu schätzen weiss. liebe Grüsse an Alessio und Valentina! Très bon accueil, Anna Maria a été disponible et de bon conseil. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la région du lac de Côme. Magnifique vue, logement très agréable, voiture impérative.

Stefano is a very kind helpful host, We really enjoyed staying at apartment and we definitely we return. We travelled with son and Stefano prepared a bed, toys and everything you need for the kid. Was always helpful and answered immediately. Proposed to come by and help if needed. Apartment was very clean and we felt like at home there! If you want to go to Como, definitely choose Stefano!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

L’appartement proposé est super : très propre, bien agencé et spacieux. Il y a de quoi faire du café, les terrasses sont agréables et Edouardo est un hôte disponible et généreux. La localisation est pratique à pieds à 15 minutes du Duomo et avec la possibilité de dîner à pieds également. Eduardo nous a recommandé de beaux endroits pour dîner ! Le logement est très propre ! Il est situé sur la route donc un peu de bruit de voiture mais ce n’est pas dérangeant du tout (alors que je suis d’habitude sensible au bruit) car il est en hauteur . Eduardo a d’ailleurs la gentillesse de fournir des boules quies! Il y’a un supermarché a 5 minutes à pieds ce qui est très pratique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi grâce à la disponibilité d’Eduardo. Je recommande vivement !idéal pour un couple ou une famille !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre logement, idéal pour les séjours en famille (spacieux, propre, calme, à proximité de la gare). En plus, vous êtes des hôtes accueillants et très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions, merci !

L'appartement est très agréable. Situé au 4 étage avec ascenseur, il est lumineux et aéré. Si on le souhaite, il est possible de garer la voiture en sécurité au sous-sol. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, rien ne manque. Il est situé en plein centre de Varèse ce qui pratique pour aller à pied au restaurant, faire ses courses ou prendre le train pour Milan. Il y a de la circulation en journée mais ce n'est pas dérangeant et les nuits ont été tranquilles. La communication avec Francesca a été excellente, les informations sont complètes et claires. De plus, elle nous a donné énormément d'informations touristiques qui nous ont été utiles. Francesca est très accueillante et disponible pour toutes questions. Cette appartement est l'endroit parfait pour visiter le Lac de Côme, le lac Majeur ou encore aller la journée à Milan, nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

The space checks all boxes in terms of size , location , cleanliness and the amenities it offers . Loretta was super responsive and accommodating on all fronts . The place is very accessible by metro (P.Genova) and trams at a walking distance. Place was nice and clean with all necessary amenities to make you feel at home . Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Carlo’s place. He was very responsive and accommodating with check-in and luggage drop off requests, which was much appreciated. The instructions were clear, and the location was easy to find—on a quiet street in a secure building with convenient elevator access to the upper floors. The area is ideal for families, with several playgrounds just a short walk away. The living space was compact but comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with all the basics (though there was a lack of bowls—not a big issue). The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we had everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

If you travel by car and you wish to go to Zermatt, then to Matterhorn, this is the right place. Beautiful apartment with picturesque view. Only few minutes walk to Tasch Terminal to catch a train to Zermatt (car free town). Great apartment! Wish I could’ve stayed longer than 2 nights. Looking forward to return here. Till next time

Śliczne miejsce do którego każdego dnia z wielką przyjemnością się wracało, niedaleko miasteczka oraz stacji kolejowej. Bardzo mili gospodarze, gotowi pomóc w każdej sytuacji z wysokim poziomem komunikacji. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia.

Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön. Großer Pluspunkt ist der gepflegte Pool. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.

Tolle Aussicht und der Pool (den wir im Oktober wegen des Wetters nicht mehr nutzen konnten) sind ein Traum. Paola ist ein Traum Host und immer zu erreichen und hatte gleich zu Beginn viele Tipps. Einkaufen ist im Ort leider nicht möglich, dh man muss entweder in kleineren Läden was kaufen (sofern man einen Parkplatz findet) oder muss zurück nach Como. Ansonsten kann man für ein paar Wanderungen auch direkt am Appartment starten. Restaurants gibt es im Ort oder in nahegelegenen Dörfern sofern man einen Parkplatz findet - was leider selbst im Oktober (auch wegen Baustellen) ein Thema war

Все понравилось, фотографии отвечали реальностью . А квартире есть все что нужно и даже больше. Вид з балкона это просто великолепно, утром кофе пить самое блаженство. Все вопросы очень быстро решались. Рекомендую .

Marisa et Antonello sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. La communication avec eux a été très facile et surtout ils ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture de location. Encore un grand merci à vous. L'appartement mérite ses 5 étoiles sans problème. Très propre et rien ne manque. Résidence calme et stationnement sans problème dans la rue. L'emplacement est idéalement situé pour visiter Milan et la région des lacs. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Eine sehr schöne kleine saubere Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Blick über den Lago Di Como. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir sind als befreundetes Paar gereist und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. In der Unterkunft ist für alles gesorgt und es fehlt an nichts. Die Promenade und der Hafen von Menaggio ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, um die anderen Orte am Lago di Como zu erkunden oder die Seele baumeln und es sich gut gehen zu lassen. Der Ausblick vom Dach des Hauses ist traumhaft und Michael und Alice haben mit einem Reiseführer informiert oder sehr zügig auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, damit wir einen schönen Aufenthalt haben konnten. Für eine entspannte Zeit sehr zu empfehlen.
