The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

The open plan cottage has a separate downstairs toilet and shower room. The double bedroom is accessed by a steep, narrow staircase. The living area incorporates table and chairs, sofa,TV and Wi-Fi, kitchenette with fridge, hob, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. You are welcome to sit in the back garden where there are two friendly resident dogs.

The Carriage Room

The Carriage Room is a self-contained studio attached to a Victorian coach house (Highfield House) with its own separate entrance. EV charger available. Highfield House is in the picturesque village of St Germans, backed by open fields for long walks with views down the Lynher estuary. 10 mins drive from the Cornish coast including the beautiful beaches of Portwrinkle and Whitsands Bay. 2 minute walk from the train station with regular services to Penzance, Plymouth and London Paddington.
