El departamento tiene dos ambientes con cochera descubierta en el edificio. Es acogedor y tranquilo, con grandes ventanales que llenan de luz y verde. En el living hay un smart tv de 42’ , el wifi 300mb. La cocina está bien equipada. El dormitorio es amplio, cama doble y placard en el pasillo, el baño tiene bañera. El balcón arreglado con plantas y una pequeña mesa con sillas invitan a relajarse tomando un bebida. Sábanas y toallas. La Pileta y el deck son de uso común, hay reposeras.
