This executive style holiday home has 2 stories with 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located absolute beachfront on Tikioki beach. Tikioki beach is home to Fruits of Rarotonga famous for its snorkeling. The house is comprised of 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom including a bath. Downstairs there is another bedroom and bathroom, the bedroom has expansive views over the lagoon. The rest of the house is open plan kitchen / dining and living room with views to the lagoon.

Matutu Beach house - 100m from beach

Across the road from the beach and filled with local art this home is funky, peaceful and welcoming. The second bedroom is on the mezzanine floor and up a gorgeous spiral staircase. During COVID we renovated the old Matutu Brewing factory into this gorgeous light filled home. High ceilings, strategically placed fans and airflow mean the house is always lovely and cool. Fully functional kitchen should you want to prep meals. This home is not suitable for children.

You can swim out to the Motu's (small islands) or hire kayaks & SUP boards from Captain Tama's. Enjoy!

Papa Johns Beachfront

We have a fully refurbished container cabin #1 for guests and the 2nd cabin is used for storage and for families when they visit the beach. Situated on the beautiful shores of Tikioki in Titikaveka. These beachfront properties has great view of the the beautiful lagoons which is one of the best snorkelling spots on the island and great for swimming. Only a stone throw away from the beach. It is approx. 25 minutes drive from the airport.

The Beach Place

The bungalow is located on Tikioki Beach, at the southern end of Muri Beach and has the advantages of being on the ’right’ side of the island without being in the centre of the Muri Beach developed area. The best restaurants and other attractions are a comfortable walk down the beach, while privacy is assured. The wide lagoon in front of the bungalow is on the edge of a large marine reserve, with the best snorkeling on Rarotonga.

Maire Nui Beach Bach

Maire Nui Beach Cottage is located on the South side of the Island directly opposite Maire Nui Gardens & Cafe, on the Beach. Situated on a Marine Reserve "Raui" makes it extra special while on holiday. A cute boutique cottage with cooking & bbq facilities, washing machine, entertainment system, queen and king beds and a special outside bath, as well as your own Kayak to use during your stay and free unlimited WiFi.
