An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

It is close to great walks with the reservoirs of Fewston, Swinsty and Thruscoss on our door step all within a few minutes drive . The towns of Otley, Pately Bridge, Ilkley, Skipton and Harrogate are all close by and offer great independent shops, cafes and eateries .

Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
