The Sunset | Beachfront Villa

This beautiful beachfront modern villa is located inside a protected biological reserve and right in front of the Pacific Ocean. It's built in one of the few places in Costa Rica where a house can be so close to the ocean. Minimalistic and spacious architecture, private pool and parking, amazing ocean and sunset views and all the features you would expect from a city house. My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

Moderne suite in de natuur, op slechts 2 min van surfstrand Playa Hermosa (nabij Jacó). Comfortabele ruimte met 2 slaapkamers (met airco), 1 badkamer en een overdekte buitenkeuken met eethoek. Ontspan op het terras met uitzicht op de tuin en zie dagelijks kapucijnaapjes, ara’s en toekans langskomen. De privéruimte bevindt zich op de begane grond, met eigen ingang, maar maakt deel uit van ons huis waar wij wonen. De omheinde tuin en parkeerplek worden gedeeld met ons, je hostfamilie.

Casa Libelula is located in the low key beach village of Esterillos Oeste. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home along with a separate casita ( bedroom/bathroom) is in a secure gated community. The beach is a 15min walk away or a 3 min drive. We are just 20mins south of Jaco Beach, 40mins north of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Juan Santamaria International airport is 2hrs away. Please be aware Casa Libelula is located in a quiet residential area.

Beautiful Ocean View Villa in Costa Rica

Beautiful, private villa with a fabulous ocean view and a secluded, infiniti pool. Very popular villa with both honeymooners and retired people. It is a private subdivision with 30 villas with support from rental managers and other staff. The villa is almost equal distant from both Liberia - LIR and San Jose - SJO airports. I believe it is easier to drive south from Liberia airport on a straight, scenic and paved highway 21.
