Until last year we only rented one room, but this year we decided to move elsewhere and dedicate our entire apartment to welcoming our guests! STRATEGIC for visiting Rome. Just a stone's throw from the Tuscolana station (you can easily reach the AIRPORT, TERMINI station, TRASTEVERE). In 3-minute walk is the Ponte Lungo metro station Line A (in a few minutes, you can reach the VATICAN and the HISTORICAL CENTER)

In the center of Rome a private penthouse open louvered window coverings in a living room to maximize light and reveal wraparound views of Central Rome and St peter's basilica. Independent apartment for up to 4 guests in the authentic and vibrant San Lorenzo district, on the ground floor of a historical building. Fully equipped for the most comfortable stay in Rome — like home, but better. Bedroom with king-size memory foam bed and Smart TV, marble bathroom with washer/dryer, all-electric Miele kitchen, living area with sofa bed and second Smart TV. Free streaming apps and high-speed Wi-Fi. Restaurants, wine bars, shops and public transport all at walking distance.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This splendid, romantic penthouse is very close to the Basilica of San Pietro, just behind the small station of San Pietro. It consists of a double bedroom, with bathroom inside the room, a living room with a view of the dome, an entrance with a large closet, a kitchen and a panoramic terrace with beautiful outdoor areas equipped for eating outside with a breathtaking view. Secure parking upon request inside of the private property which is secured by an automated gate for 10eur per day.

Loft in ex-stables of ancient palace

In the heart of historical Rome, close to Portico d'Ottavia and Piazza Venezia, the loft is located in an ancient renovated stable belonging to a XV palace (Palazzo Lovatelli). The loft has been redesigned by an architect and is often the residence of artists who have contributed to the artworks in the loft, and who work for the nearby Street Art Gallery, Galleria Varsi. It is perfect for a family of four or for a couple wishing for a romantic setting for their stay in Rome.

From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata
