A perfect get a way for a couple or small group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 3 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

The Gas Lantern Cottage @ Donovan's Corner

This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.

Waterfront Cottage with Hot Tub! Kayaks & Canoes!

Welcome to our 1 bedroom cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. Bring your fur babies. Let them vacation with you! Amazing views of the water! Truly spectacular! Private beach with lots to do we offer water toys like the Water lily or kayaks, or lay in the sun and play in the sand. You can take a nice long walk or go for a bike ride. We are Walleye capital of the world, so go fishing! Many fishing charters OR you can dock your boat at nearby marina. The house is completely stocked with all the essentials & some non-essentials too.

Hungry?? Be sure to utilize the gazebo for your dining pleasure totally equipped with a charcoal grill and cooking utensils.
