You will not regret staying with us since we have designed a home away from home for you! Besides following Airbnb cleaning protocols, we use UVC ozone light to kill COVID-19 and any types of germs. This method is used in hospitals. You will surely enjoy: 1. our beautiful oversized bedrooms with soft, remote control beds and multi-zone heat/cooling unit; 2. cozy Sun-room with Kitchenette; 3. bathroom with Blue Tooth speaker, and 4. comfortable TV/ Office with True HEPA Air Purifiers Filter.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Separate private guest cottage with a studio layout. Around the corner from game day shuttle and VT bus stop. Near grocery store, yoga studio, donut shop, Tea & Jam, recreation/ aquatic center running track and park. Self check in with August smart lock by phone or keypad. Shared access to beautiful garden, koi pond and patio. Amenities include fire TV (Amazon prime, Hulu and Netflix), smart home features, gig speed mesh network controlled by Plume with Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection.

We love sharing our farmstead with guests and also understand if guests prefer tranquil time to themselves. We are a 20 min drive to Dragon's Tooth, and 10 minutes to VA42 (Kelly Knob or the Keffer Oak).

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.
