Perfect for families/couples looking to be close to the downtown action, yet away from any noise/traffic. A peaceful beach escape w/ every modern amenity. BBQ essentials on site. Pet friendly. Family Cozy Cottage with private beach access !

Emerald Isle is known for having beautiful beaches, safe biking trails, and public parks with boating/fishing access allowing for a great vacation experience. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath with additional sleeping loft (5 beds total ) is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach, Bogue Inlet Pier, restaurants and shopping . The cottage offers a private stone patio and upper decks to enjoy the breeze. A private beach neighborhood access is at the end of the block, just a 3-5 minute walk.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private shower bath. The queen bedroom and pyramid bunk bedroom are across the hall from the tub/shower bathroom. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and a half bath on the ground level off the storage room. A Sunny Place is located directly across the street from a tree covered path to the sunny beach!

Vintage Mid-Century Beach Cottage

Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.
