Unwind with loved ones in the last row of houses at the south end of Topsail Island! This cozy, newly remodeled townhome is surrounded by quiet beaches, the sea and sound. While other beaches are crowded and narrow, this one is secluded and wide with abundant nature. The home is stylish, clean, and stocked with beach gear, linens, towels and kitchen supplies. Pool is open in summer! It has 50 10-star reviews on VRBO listing 2228977. No pets allowed. Cancellation and fine if pet enters.

Enjoy a sunny spot on the rooftop deck w/ocean views. Living area with vaulted ceiling, electric fireplace, spacious dining area, and all new kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and private shower bath. The queen bedroom and pyramid bunk bedroom are across the hall from the tub/shower bathroom. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and a half bath on the ground level off the storage room. A Sunny Place is located directly across the street from a tree covered path to the sunny beach!
