Exposed brick feature walls, stainless kitchen units and oak floors make this flat stand out for style with deckchairs situated in a south facing sun trap. Great access to all transport hubs, town, pubs and less than a mile through a park are beaches & coastline walks. **The sofa bed is in keeping with the retro theme of the flat. With that in mind, it is not a modern full size sofa bed. It's probably more suited to young kids and a single adult and ideally not someone that is 6ft** No TV.

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily.
