What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed all the thoughtful extras such as toiletries, spices, herbs, etc. Our dogs loved being there and felt at home very quickly. The area is perfect for walks and chilling out. We highly recommend it!

Wir waren eine Woche im AirBnB von Stuart und Alison. Einfach alles absolut traumhaft. Man wacht auf mit der Morgensonne und kann auf der Terrasse gemütlich mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten. Am Pier hat man die Möglichkeit zu essen, sich in den Arcades zu beschäftigen oder einfach einen schönen Strand Spaziergang zu machen. In acht Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten in der Stadt von paignton. Die Lage ist also absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wenn es mal regnet findet man im ersten Stock ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und im Lagerraum genug Gemeinschaftsspiele um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Alles in allem waren wir hier überaus glücklich und sehr zufrieden mit allen angeboten. Und wenn man mal eine Frage hat erreicht man Stuart direkt und er antwortet auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Stuart und Alison für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir behalten euch definitiv in Erinnerung. Viele liebe Grüße und eine gute Zeit wünschen wir den beiden. 🥰

Another great stay at Gull’s Cry. A beautiful area, even out of season. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a well equipped kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The place was ideal for us as we took Grandad, our Son (30’s) and small Poochon. Visited Babbacombe Model Village. Torbay Harbour, Dartmouth Railway, Brixham Harbour, Totnes South Devon Railway. Plus walks to secluded cove and visit to Cockington. Full on touring. Brilliant 🤩

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint fisherman’s cottage, it’s well positioned for walking into the harbour and communication from Paul was great.

Fantastic place managed by a fantastic host. Kelly was always on hand to respond to any questions prior to arrival. There was no need to reach out to Kelly during our stay as everything was as promised. The house also included special touches such as towels for wet dogs. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay during the Easter Holidays. Angela was a great host and gave us a tour of her beautiful home including the games room when we arrived- giving us a great opportunity to ask any questions we had. The games room with pool table, table tennis and air hockey was a favourite with all 3 generations and turned our rainy afternoon the best fun. The house was very spacious and quiet upstairs which was brilliant for our adult autistic daughter who likes quiet spaces. The walk to the park with sea views was less than 5 minutes and we walked to Rockfish restaurant which was about 10 minutes away so great for our 80 year old parents. The large garden is lovely just to sit in and enjoy. We’d definitely love to return. Thanks Angela!

Mandys place was just amazing. Everything you need is provided and more. Having the pool for the kids was a winner. The Steam train coming past was really good felt like the Railway Children waving all the time. Great recommendations for eating out. Thank you looking at booking again.

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We stayed here as having work done on our own house, communication was excellent from start to finish, clean and tidy we was very comfortable there

Had fantastic stay in Marks tiny home . It was immaculate inside with added touches of luxurious bedding and pillows. Set in peaceful park with beautiful surroundings. Short walk to coastal path with easy access to Berry Head and Brixham. Thanks Mark we couldn’t fault the attention that had gone into your home in making it a comfortable place to stay . We would definitely consider coming back 😊

Very spacious lounge/kitchen area with an homely and comfortable feel. It was exactly as expected, the main bedroom was also spacious with lots of storage space, however the second bedroom was good for children but a bit small for adults as my brothers legs were hanging out at the end of the bed. The only other minor things were that the sun did not shine on the balcony due to other caravans/trees etc, but it could have been due to time of year (last 2 weeks of September) as we did have sunny weather for time of year but it didn't reach the balcony. Additionally the road was behind where the bedrooms were so you did get road noise quite late at night.

We live locally but needed a place to stay whilst having renovations done. Leanne was really helpful and supportive and the caravan was perfect for our stay. We felt like we were on holiday! Lovely little holiday park and I'm sure this would be a great stay for anyone looking for holiday.

We really loved the place, clean and flexible. We unfortunately arrived late in the evening and yet they were understanding. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights stay. We were not lucky with the weather but still were able to find things to do around the area. Highly recommended , so much to do. We also loved the electric fireplace.

Great hosts and lovely home in a great location, easy enough to walk into the town. (the hill isn't as steep as it looks) So spacious and very comfortable rooms! Lovely welcome pack and essentials, my son made full use of the hot chocolates! as did I, with the prosecco! It was a lovely place to spend New Year.

Superbly appointed AirBnb - from the chocolates to the tea. bags and the milk in the fridge to the thoughtful and carefully appointed facilities this was top notch. Bed was comfortable and our dog made very welcome. The furniture and ambiance is simple and comfortable. It's a little bit of a walk up the hill, but that walk takes you past a supermarket which was really useful. We visited for the Pirate Festival and the fact the wardrobe had lots of hangers in it was rather helpful. 15-20 Mins walk down to the centre of town ( thats taking it at a very gentle pace) and maybe 25 mins back up ( we do not walk so quickly nowadays!) The coastal path which is not far away is a delight and a wonderful calm escape after the Pirate Festival. Recommended.

A very comfortable apartment, with everything you need for a long stay. Super welcome pack. Delicious! Plenty of space and great views. Walking distance into Brixham. Ralph and Tanny were excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly, went above and beyond actually. Very responsive host. Definitely recommended.

This was the perfect place for our family get together to celebrate 2 '0' birthdays. Lovely spacious living/dining area. Very clean and tidy with an excellent kitchen. We had one very minor issue which was sorted very promptly by Georgina - thank you. Easy walk down to town but the walk back is steep if you have any mobility issues. Georgina had left gifts for the birthday girls which was very much appreciated - thank you. Parking not an issue if more than 2 cars in the group.

This is a lovely place to stay, very homely and exactly the kind of thing you'd want. We love staying here and feel it's a beautiful place, with everything you need on hand and hosted by a wonderful and friendly host. We were very happy here.

We had the relaxing stay at David & Sues place, it was so comfortable and spacious. It felt like a little oasis of calm. We spent evenings sitting by the fire or cooking nice meals on the stove, we walked to the beach and had nice pub lunches and when we had questions for the host, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again and thanks so much!

Very nice flat, clean and well furnished with plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen well stocked and some food included. Ample roadside parking nearby if you have multiple cars. Good shower, enjoyed our stay.
