Arco apartment is part of a stone farmhouse named Tranquigliano, that dates back to 1600. In the family since 5 generations, the building has been meticulously restored in 2019 with the care and attention that it is paid to the house where you grew up. The combination of old and modern created a unique, cozy and quiet atmosphere. We run a Cooking School in the same building and, for long stays you'll be our guests for a dinner. We're in the country side of Assisi, right in the middle of Umbria.

Canto XI è un appartamento storico di 70 mq ristrutturato nuovo in pieno centro storico , nella centralissima via Bernardo da Quintavalle, a pochi passi dal Santuario della Spogliazione e da Piazza del Vescovado. Dista 600 mt dalla Basilica di Santa Chiara, 150 mt da piazza del Comune, 450 mt dalla Cattedrale di San Rufino e 750 m dalla Basilica di San Francesco. L'appartamento si trova a Santa Maria degli Angeli in una zona urbana molto vicina al centro. La Basilica al cui interno si trova la Porziuncola è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Vi è una fermata del bus molto vicino dal quale si può raggiungere bene la città di Assisi. L'appartamento ha un ingresso indipendente ed è completo di tutti i comfort. Sono presenti 4 letti più un divano letto. La casa ha a disposizione un parcheggio privato. La cucina è accessoriata e a completa disposizione.
