Our house sits on a quiet short street in town. It is a cozy, CLEAN, beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bath home, child-safe with closed in backyard. There is an electric fireplace. A bonus room can be used as a laptop friendly office space. A fully equipped kitchen contains basic appliances, Keurig, and more. Backyard has privacy fence/grill. Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, chargers.

At night time you can see deer grazing. We have an above 18’ round pool with spectacular views of the pasture. We are about 30 minutes away from Toledo Bend Lake. Kisatchie National forest is about 30 minutes away. Hiking trails & swimming. This house has one king bed one queen bed and four twin beds.

Spread out on over an acre and a half of tree-wooded land in this 3 bed, 3 bath house in a quiet neighborhood with lake views!!!! Bring the whole family for a fire or outdoor games that are provided or just do some porch sitting on a quiet afternoon. We offer a fully stocked kitchen and BBQ pit outside. Around the corner is Kites Landing to launch your boat or Big Bass and Buckeye are just north of the house. South Toledo Bend State Park is only 20 minutes from the house.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Back in time 1940s Lakeview House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Built in the 1940's, the home is located by McGee’s Landing Park on the South end of Toledo Bend Lake near the McGee’s Landing Bass fishing flats. The flats are known for some of the best Bass fishing on the lake. We offer free access to the park, boat launch and the private sandy beach with your stay. We also offer access to a covered picnic area in the park to enjoy the summer days and lake view.
