The Orange Peel, a Historic Cottage in Old Town

The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

The cottage is right in the heart of Downtown Huntington Beach, also known as Surf City USA. From here you walk out the gate, go just a few steps & you're on Main Street. Walk down Main Street a few short blocks with dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping and other great attractions & you will be at PCH. Welcome to Whittier destination our new listing October 1st, 2021. Due to the popular demand of our first cottage, now available is our second cottage remodeled, decorated & awaiting guests to arrive from around the globe. Whittier destination is a mid-century cottage in a private courtyard of 6 cottages situated in a semi-circle around a sparkling swimming pool. Ideal for families, couples business people and the like. More than just a place to stay, it's a destination in and of itself.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
