Beach house - just a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Bellissima Casa sulla Spiaggia-Andrew’Shome

Playita è una casa sulla spiaggia che si affaccia su un’incantevole insenatura. Dal terrazzino privato si accede direttamente al mare dove potrete fare una nuotata appena svegli o scorgere delle viste mozzafiato. Il corpo principale della casa è composto da un soggiorno comunicante con la cucina, due bagni, due camere matrimoniali. Sul retro si accede a una terrazza che si affaccia sulla piazzetta di Torre Pali. La casa si trova a due km circa dalle Maldive del Salento.

(QUESTA SI CHE E' UNA CASA SUL MARE), Ideale per chi vuole uscire da casa e ritrovarsi sul mare, con il suo profumo le sue emozioni e la vista mozzafiato. Le stanze vista sul mare, sono ventilate con zanzariere. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono: bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, piatti pronti, pescheria, tabacchi, edicola, supermercati, farmacia, Ideale famiglie e giovani. "GUARDARE BENE LA TERZA FOTO".

Exceptional house right on the beach.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home.
