The apartent is in the center of Ancient Town's movida, and it's composed by double entrance from seaside and from the back court, two double bedrooms, two bathroooms, main salon, large kitchen, studio, second seaview salon, huge terrace with amazing seaview. Torre San Giovanni: Appartamento Vista Mare

La casa è situata al primo piano di una villa fronte mare con giardino e ampia vista panoramica si trova in un centro periferico servito da ristoranti, supermercati, spiaggia attrezzata a c.a. 300mt. Lido Pazze, la spiaggia di fronte e formata da scogli bassi, lungo mare nuovissimo a Torre San Giovanni che dista c.a. 900mt. il mare è di fronte attraversando la strada a 20mt. Ad 1 km. da qui ci sono le spiaggie rinomate della marina di Ugento attrezzate e libere ( vedi il sito marine di ugento).

La Casa ,di recente costruzione, sorge in una delle zone più gettonate e richieste di Lido marini. Dista 50 mt dal mare, sotto casa c'è un supermercato, un bancomat, un'edicola, un tabacchino, ed un bar. Vi è anche un parco giochi per i più piccoli. I suoi arredi, la cura delle finiture, e il suo immenso terrazzo, completo di arredi per esterno, rendono questa casa un'ottima soluzione per chi intende trascorrere delle vacanze FANTASTICHE, senza dover rinunciare a nulla.

Exceptional house right on the beach.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home.
