The apartent is in the center of Ancient Town's movida, and it's composed by double entrance from seaside and from the back court, two double bedrooms, two bathroooms, main salon, large kitchen, studio, second seaview salon, huge terrace with amazing seaview. Elegantly furnished, ready to welcome you all year round. You will love it. Perfect for four person, but we also have a sofa-bed so 6 will still be ok and comfortable. Discounts for long periods. Wanderlust Beach House

Wanderlust beach house is situated only 150 meter walking distance from the sandy beach of Torre Chianca and about 12 km drive from the city of Lecce. The house is separated in 2 apartments with separated entrances, note that in one of them we’re living with 2 cats. Your apartment sleeps up to 3, it consists of a bedroom with queen sized bed, a living room with sofa bed&kitchen with access to a small backyard with terrace furniture, private bathroom with shower and toilet. AC optional & extra.

Casa nel borgo

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

Ubicato a Santa Maria al Bagno, marina di Nardò, a 29 km da Lecce, Suite Salento è l'ideale per le coppie che vogliono godersi meravigliosi tramonti con una vista mozzafiato.. due terrazzi attrezzati, climatizzatore, dotata di barbecue, viste sul mare e connessione WiFi gratuita nell'intera struttura. A vostra disposizione la biancheria da letto, gli asciugamani, un bagno privato con doccia e una cucina attrezzata.

Casa in Salento sul mare con terrazze panoramiche

Per info —-3358455320 —- Farsi cullare dallo sciabordio delle onde stando nel proprio letto, godersi il sorgere del sole sul mare e tuffarsi nella fresca e calma acqua del mattino. Vivere il mare direttamente, pranzare e cenare sulla terrazza panoramica sul mare oppure, nelle giornate più ventose, sulla terrazza interna al giardino. Avere comunque a disposizione tutti i servizi di Casalabate ed i luoghi fantastici del Salento e della vicina Lecce. Questa è la mia casa.

Exceptional house right on the beach.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home.
