Our Amazing Shiny Apartment boasts a warm and inviting ambiance, featuring a well-designed interior that seamlessly combines traditional Spanish elements with contemporary style. It is located on the Second floor of a three - story building. With a total floor area of 60m2 can host up to 4 people. Ideal for couples and/or family with kids. The living area is adorned with exposed wooden balconies doors, adding a touch of rustic elegance and enchanting views of the bustling streets below, Torres de Serrano and Plaza de los fueros. It is equipped with a dining table and 4 seats, the sofa bed, and a flat screen TV. One cozy bedroom with a double bed (150x200), provide a restful retreat after a day of exploring the city. If you are not the one who is cooking you can sit on the bar with a glass of wine, good music, and chit chat with the cook. The apartment also has heater, free wifi and a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with all the basics for a normal living. If during your stance you find that you miss something, we'll do our best to provide it for you.

Central flat with sunny terrace

The flat is very well located, only 3 minutes from the "Plaza de la Virgen", one of the main squares in Valencia, in the center of the old town "El Carmen". The flat has a big and beautiful south terrace over viewing the old town. A sunshade makes it the perfect place to eat during almost the whole year. Even though the flat lies in the heart of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful. The flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into another double bed. Furthermore, we can provide a small cot for babies. Both bedrooms have a ventilator in the ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped with all basics, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, water-cooker and all big electrical devices. The flat has a good WIFI connection and air-conditioning. Towels and bedclothes are available. The location of the flat is very comfortable, all main sites are within walking distance. There are many great restaurants within a radius of 10 minutes walking (I provide a small booklet with the best restaurants in the sourroundings). The party area is also right around the corner. The central market is only 10 minutes walking and the big park of Valencia, the dry Turia river, is only 5 minutes away. One of the main conecting street lies very close and taxis to the airport can easily reach the flat. The train station is also easily reached in 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes in Taxi.
