Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. This location is perfect for anyone wanting the local experience. Walking distance from where the local fisherman comes in with the fresh catch of the day (lobster included.) It's also near some of the best restaurants on the island!!! (Ask me about D'Coal Pot Restaurant.) Immerse yourself in the local seaside swimming pool or ride the waves when the surf's up. House Aceso was newly listed on the rental market at the very end of 2022 after five full months of renovations, upgrades, and new furniture/appliances shipped in. Come spend some time unwinding and relaxing while soaking in the incredible views. Located on the quiet side of the island in Coral Bay, our home is nestled among the natural beauty of St. John—home to wild goats, sheep, and donkeys! Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and beaches are all a short drive away.

Peaceful with beautiful surroundings, if your ideal is serene, quaint and quiet, our home fits your bill! This "apartment" was actually our one bedroom home before building an adjacent bedroom/bathroom and our new home above. The stairway leads to your private abode, where you can just enjoy the breeze, sit back and relax. About a 10 minute drive to Road Town, nestled high in the mountains, you'll find a tranquil setting and a clean apartment. Hope to see you soon!

The cottage is conveniently located two minutes to the town of Cruz bay and five minutes to National Park. It’s surrounded by lush landscape and gated property. The cottage is fully AC, covered patio, a private pool, outdoor bbq covered patio. AN ENTIRE COTTAGE BACK UP GENERATOR FOR POWER OUTAGES one of a few offer on the island. It will be helpful when the grid goes down of which occurs quite often. You can still have the comfort without any interruption.
