Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

The villa is nestled way up in the hills with a beautiful view. It is a very peaceful & comfortable place & we felt right at home. Our flight was delayed & we arrived very late, but Kesha stayed in constant contact and made sure we were met at the airport so that we could follow someone to the villa. You wouldn't want to do it on your own at night with the steep and windy roads! She even bought us pizzas so that we would have something to eat when we got in! Kesha was very responsive & helpful with recommendations. The house is in a very private section of the island & is a great place to relax. The tradeoff is that it is a bit far from restaurants & we often didn't want to venture out to dinner after a long day on the water given the steep/windy drives. Make sure you have a 4x4 car! The closest beach isn't walkable, but very close by car. It is essentially a private beach and GORGEOUS! No amenities, but you can bring beach chairs down & enjoy a peaceful day.

The pictures online do not do justice to how beautiful this location is. This was our first time in St John and Timothy went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and had direction. Best vacation I’ve ever had (literally).

My family’s vacation was truly amazing thanks to Thomas and our amazing Airbnb! We encountered travel difficulties and they went above and beyond to assist us in arriving and navigating our vacation. Not only was it the best service I have experienced through Airbnb but the place itself was stunning. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into making this Airbnb special and meaningful for guests. We can’t recommend this place enough! 20/10 :)

Fabulous view, quiet location. New furnishings. Great bedding/linens. Provided an early check in as available. Great recommendations for taxi driver, which made it easy to get around the island by scheduling him each day as needed. Beautiful harbor. We will return.

We are a family of six including mom and dad two grandparents in their late 60s early 70s a six-year-old girl and a three-year-old son. We truly loved having Villa Naku as our homebase for a week of exploration of the BVI’s. It is very private and remote way out on the tip and rogues Baypoint quite a trek to get out there by the end of the week you eventually get used to it you 1000% need a rental car SUV with four-wheel-drive. The house is quite big and we thought we had plenty of space. The bathrooms were all great and well appointed and spacious with soap, conditioner and shampoo. The beds and pillows were comfortable and very clean. Rogues Bay is almost like a private beach. It was definitely one of our favorites. There were only two other people on the beach entire day. The pool was too cold to really use much at all even for the kids - it is quite cool and windy up on the point even with all the morning and mid day sunshine so probably tough to heat it up much. Such a great time!

Having access to the Westin and all of its amenities definitely came in handy while traveling with kids. The Westin ferry is pricey but worth the cost if you want the easiest trip to/from airport to resort. While we did rented a car for on island exploring, it was great having the Westin approved safari taxis onsite for trips into Cruz bay where parking can be hard to find. The condo was well appointed and more than comfortable for our family of 5. We will definitely be making a trip back soon!

Two couples vacationing in paradise! We loved Kim’s home. It’s perfect for two couples to have their own space yet a communal area to enjoy together. The location was perfect for exploring Choral Bay with a quick way to get to some North Shore Beaches. The road/driveway was challenging but after a few trips up and down we mastered the drive and even walked it a few times just for a workout ;) Kim was very helpful and proactive when the power went out and was always available for any questions or help that was needed. I would definitely rent from her again. We loved the home and location!

Stunning views, and a great layout for families and friends. Very friendly, responsive and helpful host/owner and gracious, helpful, wonderful local contact/caretaker. We plan to come back!

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

Villa Solare was the perfect place for our group. We loved the separation if people wanted to go hang in their own area but plenty of space for us to hang as a group in the main house and patio area. The views are incredible (pictures don't even do it justice!). The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was saltwater. The water temp was perfect. Susan provided PLENTY of amenities (TP, paper towels, spice cabinet stocked, etc) for our 8-day stay. The grill was an excellent feature (we grilled out multiple nights and never ran out of fuel). Highly recommended & hope to stay here again the future!

I have to say House Aceso absolutely out weighed all expectations!! It’s even better than the pictures suggest. Kandee has thought of everything as far as amenities (there’s even a crockpot if you do choose). The main is where it’s at, the view, the sound of the wind, and decor is all top notch and just the perfect vacation vibe. The house is super clean and spacious. The bedrooms are exactly what you need. The 2 bathrooms are extremely useful for a larger group. The pool deck is fantastic as well! Book this house and you will not be disappointed!!

Gorgeous villa…even nicer than the pictures. The pool and outside area were fantastic. So nice to sit outside and relax while listening to the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the option to have groceries delivered was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We did lots of beach hopping and really enjoyed being so close to Smuggler’s cove. If we ever find ourselves back in Tortola we’ll be back!

The condo is brand new! Great modern design. No clutter in the house. Very clean. Nora and Bruce were great hosts and easy to work with. The pool is shared by the other few units in the building, and clean, and about 7’x20’, but we were the only ones in the pool when we wanted to use it. The unit is very walkable in less than 15 minutes to all of Cruz Bay shops and restaurants, which is great because parking in the Buisness district is difficult. The condo is located in the same port as the car ferry and you can see both the port water and the ocean from the unit, great view. The immediate area is a mix of industrial and local residential housing. There is a combo washer/dryer for small loads that each took 3 hrs. Chairs and cooler availible. The national park and beaches are either a drive or taxi ride away. The beaches had clear water and great snorkeling! We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the unit to others and consider staying there if we were to go again.

This unit was very lovely inside and out. Derek was very responsive at all times and gave lots of local recommendations. Overall I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tortola.

Bigger Splash was perfect for our group of 9 family members. We really enjoyed walking to the Baths and Spring Bay and eating many of our meals in the house. The living room has a spectacular view and the sunsets from the roof were beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and brand new snorkeling equipment. The villa staff were very helpful and responsive.

Condo was very nice, well equipped, nice pool with very central location to restaurants and shops. We had 2 minor glitches but both were resolved quickly.

This house was absolutely beautiful and looked even better than the photos. Being on the private East End of the island was exactly what I wanted and this house was perfect for that. The views were amazing and can be seen from nearly everywhere in the house. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on that side of the island. Emily was friendly, responsive, and provided helpful information regarding getting to the house and any island recommendations.

We had a great stay at Carmel By The Sea! It's a beautiful home with everything you need during your stay. Cold water and snacks were waiting there when we arrived. The pool was well-maintained, and the grounds were filled with plants. The bathroom is open-air, which we loved.

Our family of four, with two teens truly enjoyed this beautiful property during our stay in St. John. The Villa is the perfect spot with a stunning view of Coral Bay. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the villa and all the ammenities. The outdoor patio and pool were our favorite places to hang out. There was plenty of space to gather as a family and also have some much needed personal space. Everything was amazing, from the communication from John, and his two property managers we had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend Blue Palm Villa!

This a wonderful home and perfect for a large family, or 3 couples. Fabulous views, relaxing deck, plenty of space to hang out, and a great pool to cool off in…Wendy was very helpful and has a wonderful local team…..we loved it all!
