Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

Nestled between the High Street, with its unique shops, cafes and pubs and the River Dart. Out the front door and turn right, you will find yourself on the cycle/footpath to Sharpham, in gorgeous countryside with stunning views over the river and to Dartmoor.

It is attached to, but separate from the main house. It is a wonderfully peaceful and quiet location surrounded by Riverford Farm organic fields and away from the hustle and bustle.
