Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

No 2 Tom's Yard is a self contained studio/Flat in a peaceful location, 20 minutes walk from the town Centre and beaches. Perfect for couples. It is independent (only for you), with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a travel cot, en suite shower, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and can offer screenprinting as an extra activity to your holiday.

Tinners Way

This is a beautiful one bed flat at the top of St. Ives with its own parking space (suitable for cars no vans) You can walk into the town centre within 15 min and the walk to the beach within 20 min (1 mile to town centre). Beautiful coastal walks across the road out to Hellesveor point which can lead out to Zennor or into St. Ives. Our home is situated on a private road with only a handful of neighbours.This property is at the top of St.Ives valley. It is 1 mile to the town centre.

The Crib sleeps 2 (double bed) & is a comfortable open plan space to relax and enjoy your trip to St Ives. We are in a quiet residential area, just 12 minutes walk downhill to St Ives centre, its fabulous art galleries such as ‘The Tate St Ives’, the many independent shops, bars, restaurants & all of St Ives 5 stunning beaches. We are a 2 minute walk to the world famous ‘Leach Pottery’. The South West coast path & Penwith Moors, both areas of outstanding natural beauty are close by.

Carbis Bay has to be one of the prettiest parts of Cornwall and on a glorious sunny day you could be mistaken for being abroad. Enjoy a day out exploring the many beautiful parts of Cornwall and come home to West Barns annexe to relax and unwind.

Welcome to ‘Little Croft’. A beautiful, light, modern annexe with parking, located at the top of St Ives in an idyllic setting. ‘Little Croft’ is attached to ‘Lowena Croft’- our house. We are ‘the Eagers’ a busy, lively and loving family of 5. Chris (green fingered Landscape Architect), Anna (Product Developer in the fashion industry), Marni (our imaginative little wannabe singer), Anais (a star in the making, often found hanging from a tree) and Rudi (the littlest one)

Sandpiper is a stunning duplex penthouse apartment, perfectly situated to sit back and take in the spectacular panoramic views stretching from St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. This idyllic apartment is just a few minutes walk to Carbis Bay beach and the South West Coastal path, making it ideal for walkers. It offers stunning sunset views and after dark is ideal for stargazing, due to zero light pollution. By day you can walk the coastal path, explore the moors , or visit either the Gurnard’s Head or Tinners Arms for lunch or dinner. The coastal towns of St Ives, Penzance and St Just are a 15 minute drive or you can choose the coastal bus.
