Apartamentul este situat într-o casă săsească, în inima BISTRIȚEI, lângă Biserica Evanghelică, de unde începe centrul pietonal cu multitudinea de terase și restaurante. Suntem la 7 min de Lidl(prin Parcul Central) și 15 min de gară(pe jos). Este proaspăt reabilitat și oferă tot comfortul necesar, având o curte interioară cu parcare gratuită. Poate fi o destinație pentru cei dornici de a cunoaște orașul, dar poate fi și un popas pentru drumeții de pe Via Transilvanica.

The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, our studio is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant.

This bright, minimalist apartment is located in the city center, on the famous Horea Street, on the 2nd floor of a 20th-century building, a 5-minute walk from the Railway Station. UBB Faculty of Letters, Pediatric Hospitals 2 and 3, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Synagogue, and Reformed Church are just a few of the great sights to be found near the property.
