Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

I had a wonderful stay at Maricris' unit. The room was very convenient, and having a washing machine was definitely a plus. The lanai was a great addition as well. The communication and prompt responses from the host were much appreciated, and the staff at Verdin were incredibly friendly. The food fair nearby was an added bonus, offering many dishes I’ve missed, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I loved everything about it.

The place was in a convenient location and overall fairly comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the host—she was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I had a question, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The kitchen was missing some basics like a kitchen towel, and there was only one electric socket in the kitchen area, which made using multiple appliances a bit tricky. It also would’ve been great to have some slippers available for guests.

The place is very homey! The checkin was pretty straightforward and easy. The place is also way better in comparison to the pictures. Overall, place is very complete in terms of youtr needs. We’ve had a good stay!

We had a great stay. Host was very responsive. 😄 Thanks to Ms. April. She made sure that we were all settled upon our arrival in the unit.

The unit was clean and cozy. My son had wonderful sleep during the entire stay. The place was peaceful and there were no noisy neighbors. For future tenants please drive with caution and don’t drive at night if you have a choice. The road was too dark as the light posts were only solar lights. We almost had car accident twice in the intersections. Not the host’s fault but just warning future tenants to be careful going to the place. :)

If you love shopping this is a great location to the SM mall next door or venture out a lil for some authentic Pinoy street food. What a great price for the location and the Host is very gracious. For those foreigners let me tell you that the security is top notch they are on ya like a hawk. You must check in and out in the facility. If you do want to use the pool area it is 150 pesos and you must check in with security to do so. Also do not use the exit stairs, I know in most places you can but not here. Again because of the location its pretty much dead silent aside from when the trash is being taken out next door or the early morning construction. Thanks again Janet! Salamat po!

We had a wonderful stay at Prim Rose's place! The place was spotless, beautiful, and it feels very homey. Prim Rose was very responsive and provided helpful and thorough instructions. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

It was nice and pleasant and the neighbors were very good to me.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

Sobrang accessible nung place! We booked this unit kasi need namin ng malapit sa concert venue (SM Southmall Events Hall), and it was super convenient. Pero mas okay po sana kung nakasagad yung sofa sa wall para hindi masyadong malapit sa TV, since ang laki ng screen. Tapos maybe a lower working table in between the TV and the sofa would be better. Pero overall, 5 stars pa rin—we had a great stay!

We had a great stay here! The place is relaxing and accessible to a lot of restaurants. Host is responsive and was able to check in early. Plus it is a pet friendly!

Great value for money

I am very satisfied with the service provided and sa room. one thing na Hindi ko lang nagustuhan is Yung elevator talaga. 6 naman Yung elevator pero grabe talaga tagal Ng paghihintay. Bigla din nagsasara Yung elevator. muntik pa may maipit na bata. sana maayos yung elevator bago pa may maaksidente

The room is really simple yet homey. The view of the Taal is magnificent. We just had a minimal problem with the sink since it was clogged though the caretaker is kind enough to have it fixed.

Nice location! The caretaker is quite accommodating, and it's a plus to have an honesty store! All in all, it was an amazing experience!

Very cozy and quiet room, hosts are very responsive to questions, and location is very accessible and the check in is very easy. Great place for quick getaways without breaking the bank. The room is clean and cozy, the AC gets very cold especially in this hot summer weather, kitchen has all the basic necessities. thank you so much! Hoping to come back soon 🫶
