Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Pour une superficie de 30 m², ce logement a tout pour plaire, avec en plus une petite piscine. Une pièce principale avec coin repas et cuisine ouverte sur un joli petit salon. Une salle d’eau séparée avec grande douche, toilettes et lavabo. Une chambre avec son espace de rangement. Attenante au studio, une terrasse couverte de 20 m² pour vous détendre et prendre vos repas.

U bent van harte welkom op onze boerenhoeve. De hoeve is rustig en landelijk gelegen. De woning is geschikt voor 9 personen en heeft 4 slaapkamers, een ruime huiskamer en een gezellige woonkeuken. Buiten heeft u de beschikking over een overdekte veranda met barbecue, een volledig uitgeruste buitenkeuken en een prachtige tuin met speeltuin, privé zwembad, en hottub.

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.
