There is a park and a lovely local pub 2 mins walk from the house. Couch's House, History in the heart of Polperro

Sitting moments from the harbour, this historic property was once the cherished home of esteemed 19th-century British naturalist Jonathan Couch who lived here from 1810. Known as 'Couch’s House' it now offers a unique blend of heritage and comfort. With four bedrooms, and a large lounge there’s plenty of space for families to spread out. Space for two cars to park. Sunday changeover day which helps beat the traffic.
